Christian will help simplify the French wine label and educate us on some of the most amazing Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays the world has to offer. We will be tasting Burgundy whites and reds, learning where the Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits are, and hopefully by the end of the hour, you will know at least one Grand Cru vineyard classification!
